Today was the most unusual day in jita. Instead of ripping the isk outta isk buying noobs' clenched and eager hands by selling my "CN"R I made my day's dough through some peculiar luck. First, after an hour of spamming my ad in local I noticed what I thought was someone posting a x10 scam...but the more I read the more I realized that this guy wasnt bs'ing he was actually quitting eve and the only thing I needed to do was type 'x' first and all his isk would be mine. This is a rare gem in jita and you have to be prepared to jump on that like a starwars nerd on a cosplay Princess Lea.

The second hit I had today is an example of how to do the x10 the right way ...or it was dumb luck but were going with my skills over luck because I'm just totally super awesome cool. So my method of going about the x10 is to not offer any backstory...fuck saying that you are quitting eve! Everyone does that and it is spammed 24/7 which means everyone has also heard it! So the angle I took was that of a generous mofo who wants to help the noobs out. Now when I say noobs you have to stress the fact that you're helping noobs. For example:"Listen up little nublets today is your lucky day! Whatever amount of isk you send me I will return it X3"
You have to make it look like you think you're better than everyone else! Why else would you be so kind if you weren't a self righteous D-Bagger? The second part of this is to not overspam. When you overspam ANYTHING you look like a scammer and will not have a good time. I repeat, if you overspam at all you will not have a good time! Don't french fry when you should pizza!

Alright my little children of the black market it is time for me to talk about some things. First off after waiting for a loooooong time for a response from a ccp mod about vent scamming I was told that they would banhammer my ass back into the stone age. Also as I am sure I have may or may not mentioned which means I'm not sure at all but Freeform contracts don't exist anymore. So yea forget those! Next I have some juicy tips to save you time! for time is monies...err monies from other peoples' wallets.


1. Make a log for each time you get a hit. this way you will know what times your target market comes on and when you should come on. I've been doing this and have been noticing some grouping patterns in the data. So yesh do this.

2. The new popular scams on the street these days include the infamous Carbon Charon where you slip a carbon in between some freight containers instead of a carbon. It's Cookies Approved ;).

Also since the alliance tourny has finished people seem to think they can get away with selling "Navy" Domis, "Navy" Scorps etc ...which well...lol.

Also if you want to see a great example of a goonsworm(esque) scam.
The last scam I have for you is a tasty bit(provided by a friend of mine) Step one: get in a cruiser. Step two: go to a belt and lets the rats take you into armor. Step three: go outside a popular station and cry about it asking for someone to rep you. Step four: when you get the tard to rep you ...shoot him. You will both get concordokenned back into your pods. Step five: get your friend to grab the loot.
